Classes aren't your thing? Join us for open gym - follow our self-guided workouts or create your own mix of cardio and strength training using our state of the art WaterRowers, TRX suspension systems and more. Open Gym is a perk available to all unlimited Mission Fitness members. Use your key fob to access the studio during these unstaffed times on the schedule. Mission goes PINK

October is breast cancer awareness month. At Mission Fitness we support the fighters, admire the survivors, honor the taken and never ever give up hope. We took up the cause by sponsoring the Bras on the Causeway event and during October a portion of the sales of our PINK Mission Fitness shirts go to benefit Providence Hospital Breast Cancer Research Fund.
