Biggest accomplishment? Building a business I think my dad would be proud of. He was a professional athlete, and I see a lot of him in my clients. My clients have become family; I think I'm more excited for them to play at the next level than they are :-)

Favorite thing about Mobile? The positive momentum, especially downtown.

What motivates you to stay consistent with your workouts? I'm happier, sharper, more patient, and more energetic in all other areas of life when I work out consistently.

What do you like to do when you’re not working out at Mission Fitness? Travel, read, and watch football.

Any tips for current or prospective members? Keep trying until you find something you love. It's so much easier to exercise consistently when you truly enjoy it. Shoot for progress not perfection!
