[NEW SCHEDULE + NEW CLASSES]

Spring has sprung, and our refreshed spring schedule launches on Monday, April 2. In addition to seeing new classes in new places, we've created three BRAND NEW class concepts [BarreX + Cardio [Re]form + Coffee Run]. Check out the new class descriptions below and be sure to reserve your spot on MINDBODY before they fill up! 

 

BarreX  [Mondays 11:15am + Thursdays 5:30pm]

Think you've tried barre? Think again. We're blazing the trail to create the optimal barre experience. Blending our signature barre class with the TRX suspension systems this class is like none other. X marks the spot to sculpt, sweat and shake your way to the best you yet.

 

Cardio [Re]form  [Tuesdays 12:15pm]

If Pilates and aerobics had a baby it would be Cardio [Re]form. This energetic hybrid class is a true full-body workout — focused and effective with brief, manageable spurts of intensity. Expect to torch some major calories as we match bursts of [impact-free] cardio with the toning you know and love of Pilates.

 

Coffee Run  [Fridays 9:45am]

Running is good...running for [COFFEE] is better! So, load up your kiddos, snag their strollers and let's take a run [or walk] to our neighborhood coffee shop, Cream & Sugar!
