This egg prep is great for meal planners on the go! All you will need is:
To get started, thoroughly spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Crack eggs into each cup. For low fat, high protein eggs prep, use two egg whites instead of one whole egg.
Season eggs with your favorite seasoning! Tony's Cajun Seasoning, Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Season, or plain old salt and pepper are great go-to's.
Bake eggs at 350* for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through to decided yolk preference.
Enjoy! These eggs are great in breakfast sandwiches with chicken sausage and English muffins, served with fruit or by themselves.
