Frozen Gluten Free Pie Crust
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1/2 Smithfield Anytime Boneless Ham Steak
2 Eggs, 3 Egg Whites
1 Cup Dairy Free Milk [such as Silk Coconut]
Salt, Pepper, Cayenne + Nutmeg
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella
Remove piece crust from freezer and preheat oven to 350. In a small frying pan,
sautée onion and garlic until onion becomes transparent.
Dice up 1/2 Smithfield boneless ham steak and place evenly on the bottom of the crust. Distribute sautéed onions and mozzarella evenly over ham as well.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, 2 shakes nutmeg and cayenne, and lightly salt and pepper. Slowly pour into pie crust over ham and onion.
Place in oven on 350 and cook for 30 minutes of until eggs are
completely cooked through.
Remove from oven and let cool. Makes 4 large servings. 343 calories 28g carbs 14g fat 14g protein
