[CHEERS FOR CHARITY benefitting DANCE WITHOUT LIMITS]

We can't thank our members enough for helping us celebrate [ONE YEAR] of sweating for good at Mission Fitness. In addition to your commitment to health + fitness, you have a strong desire to support local non-profits. [CHEERS FOR CHARITY] was no exception. In fact, through the support of our members purchasing wine glasses + participating in our silent auction + cash gifts, we were able to donate more than $1,000 to [DANCE WITHOUT LIMITS].

To date, our members have infused more than $7,000 into the community, supporting organizations like The Fuse Project, Team River Runner, Wilmer Hall for Children and Dance Without Limits. THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU for all of your support.

[DANCE WITHOUT LIMITS]

All of our dancers participate to their maximum potential. Wheelchairs are forgotten, tight muscles are stretched, social skills and confidence are enhanced and no speech is needed in dance. It is truly an art form that we believe EVERYONE can participate in!Each dancer gets a “helper” to assist them through class. Some need no assistance, just some encouragement. Others need help standing, staying with the beat or just help staying on task. These “helpers” are all incredible volunteers ranging from Occupational or Physical Therapy school students, Camp Smile Volunteers, Special Ed teachers, moms, or just really incredible individuals with a heart for special needs kids. They are what make DWL work and we love them!

Each quarter Mission Fitness chooses a local non-profit to illuminate. Through community events and our Health + Heart community infusion, we bring much-needed awareness and resources to these worthy organizations. Our members help us in selecting our charity of choice each quarter through a nomination and voting process. Check out the other ways our members have helped us #sweatforgood
