[HEALTH + HEART]

THE MISSION OF MISSION

We're raising raising dollars + making change.

Since inception, in 2017, Mission Fitness has donated over $100,000 to support the good work and noble efforts of local non-profits through our [Charity of Choice] community initiative.

That's the mission of Mission.

It's the heart in Health + Heart, it's how we "Sweat for Good".

Taking care of our physical bodies is hard work. But what about heart work? At Mission, we recognize to be fully well we must continually flex our muscles of compassion as readily as the rest. We know that true health only happens when we actively work the mind and body through movement and fuel the soul through service.

And that's how Mission's quarterly [Charity of Choice] concept was born.

Each quarter, our Mission collective selects a local non-profit to illuminate as [Charity of Choice]. These deserving charities are chosen through a systematic nomination process by Mission members annually.

Through social fundraising and a monthly membership infusion we bring much needed resources and awareness to these worthy charities.

[THE PURPOSE]

HEART WORK PAYS OFF

Mission's continuous commitment to help our neighbors in need keeps our efforts consistent and creates measurable results but most of all it allows us to make marked change in our great[er] community.

Since inception, in 2017, Mission Fitness has donated over $80,000 to support the good works and noble efforts of our local non-profits.

To recognize our humble spot can do something so mighty is simply breathtaking. And it shows that together everything is possible.

Scroll and take a peek at our past [Charity of Choice] recipients and the impact of our efforts in their words.

[THE IMPACT]

POWERFUL WORDS. MEANINGFUL ACTION.

Words of love from local people, organizations and non-profits

WE SWEAT FOR GOOD

[INCLUSION INITIATIVES]

SWEAT FOR PRIDE • SWEAT FOR EQUITY

Mission was created to be a brave space where all are welcome. A place of inclusion, diversity, equity and love...because love is love. That heartfelt belief led to the conception of Mission's inclusion initiatives Sweat for Pride [benefitting a local LGBTQ+ non-profit] and Sweat for Equity [benefitting a local non-profit supporting the black and brown community].
