Iron + Oar [Plug + Play] Wednesday @ 5:00a
Can't figure out how to squeeze in a workout? Show up any time between 5:00am and 7:00am and experience our Iron + Oar [Plug + Play] class on your own time. This expertly designed full-body circuit class will be set up and ready when you walk in the door. Choose between a 30, 45 or 60 minute workout based on the number of times you complete the circuit. You don't even have to worry about picking up equipment, just wipe away your sweat and continue on with your day. This class is the very definition of effectiveness and efficiency.
Expanded [Open Gym] Hours
This is a game changer - we're expanding our [Open Gym] hours [now 50+ hours/week],
including availability on Sundays! Mission Fitness members can now utilize [Open Gym] as early as 5:00am Monday-Friday, plus new options on Saturdays and Sundays. Take a look at the MINDBODY app and be sure to book your next [Open Gym] sesh.
Reformer Semi-Private Sessions [for members + non-members]

Thursday @ 8:30a Do you have mad love for a certain class but just can't seem to make it on the days it's offered? We have just the solution! The Mission Fitness team is available for private and semi-private sessions at the time most optimal for you. In fact, we've earmarked Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30a [a highly requested time] for semi-private reformer sessions. We still have two spots remaining - snag them before they're gone!
