Navigating COVID-19


Although COVID-19 hasn’t yet made it to our community it’s certainly on our minds. At Mission, we always want to be prepared + proactive when it comes to the health of our members and staff.

Our top priority is to keep you safe and give you peace of mind so the only thing you’re thinking about during a sweat sesh is surviving that class not a pandemic.

Here are the [extra] steps we’ve taken to ensure that love is the only thing shared within our walls…

[No Circuit No Problem]

All Mission’s circuit style classes + formats where equipment is shared have been modified or temporarily eliminated + replaced with a comparable class on our schedule. All changes can be found on the MindBody app or on our website www.missionfitness.rocks

[So Fresh + So Clean]

As always, each piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned after each class + all toys disinfected after each Kid’s Zone slot. But, as an added precaution, door knobs, iPads, benches, barres, pillows, etc. are also disinfected with an antibacterial cleaner each day.

[Can’t Touch This]

Instructors will now make adjustments to form or alignment verbally and visually only, without hands-on corrections. And all post workout high-fives will be given “air style” but with the same amount love and feeling. ;)

Here’s how you can help us help you:

[Move It]

Maintaining good health is the best defense against any illness not just this one. And staying active is essential to optimal health. So, now is the time to cut back on the fried foods + binge watching Netflix…not your exercise regimen.

[Book It]

With the adaptations in classes, including no sharing of equipment, it’s more important than ever to book class + Kid's Zone a minimum of 30 minutes prior to start time to ensure we have ample space for everyone and make our transitions seamless.

[Cover It]

If you do have to cough please cover your mouth with a tissue or an elbow. Dispose of tissues immediately in one of our no touch waste bins. Be sure to wash your hands with warm, soapy water immediately after + any clothing you cough into.

[Clean It]

Wash your hands well and often including before + after classes. Plus, snag a spritz or two of the hand sanitizer placed around the studio.

[Keep It]

If you or your little one is feeling under the weather please do everyone a solid and just stay home. Rest assured our team is doing the same.
